First of all I depend on FTP/SSH daily for the type of work I do and primarily I use Filezilla. I work mainly on my MAC so I was wondering about what FTP/SSH transfer program was “For MAC”.Looking at the initial reviews and knowing the price I assumed this would be the file transfer proggie of ALL file transfer progs! Sadly I was mistaken I began using the app and immediately noticed my files coming down, OR not coming down at the speeds they were previously. I assumed it was because I had not turned on simultaneous downloads. However when I set the transfers to anything, Transmit will still only transfer one file at a time. If you don’t think this is significant, this is the difference in transferring 562.5 MB file (from Server A to SSD Client device); FileZilla with 10 simultaneous Transfers 22.55 seconds, Transmit 1:55.15. This was only amplified with larger GB transfers. This is totally unacceptable I say for a App that is $30+ dollars.

BOTTOM LINE… SAVE YOUR MONEY THERE ARE FREE ALTERNATIVES OUT THERE THAT ARE 50X BETTER AND… FREE
