iCloud Sync Does Not Work

Trying to get my favorites to sync accross multiple computers is a nightmare and a headache. iCloud sync simply does not work properly. Sometimes new favorites dont get synced, other times deleted favorites need to be manually removed on all machines. It doesnt work all the time, and you cant depend on it working at all. Most of the time, my favorites have to be manually re-entered which completely defeats the purpose of "iCloud Sync".
